Welcome to Niskayuna Girls Softball (NGSL).  The Niskayuna Girls Softball League provides a rewarding softball experience to both recreational and tournament (Travel) softball players in the Niskayuna area.  NGSL is dedicated to teaching girls about the sport of softball and how to work together as a team in a supportive and encouraging environment. NGSL follows Amateur Softball Association (ASA) rules which are progressive with each level. NGSL provides a positive learning environment for softball skills and character development for the benefit of young girls in the community.

Our recreational teams are open to all girls (grades K through 12) who reside in or go to school in Niskayuna.
All children who register to play in the recreational program are placed on a team at the discretion of the board.

We are sponsored by many organizations and family businesses in and around the Niskayuna area.  We want
to thank all who have contributed for their generosity and dedication to the girls.  In turn, we encourage the community to support our sponsors as they have supported us.

Our goal is to provide the girls with an enjoyable and rewarding softball experience. We truly believe that it is important to provide the skills and training necessary to help the girls develop in their personal and academic lives.
