by the Board or its designated representative.
-
The League will follow a fixed
schedule. That is, if a game is canceled it will be played at the

the end of the season will be the League champion. In the event of
a tie the champion will be determined based on their head-to-head
record.

No player will be allowed to play
without a team shirt. No jewelry shall be worn.
-
Managers will require all players to
place their names on any equipment ( particularly gloves and bats )
that they may bring to a game.
-
Once the rosters are established, no
new players may enter the league without the permission of the
Board.
-
The distance from home plate to the

-
A pitcher is allowed to pitch a
maximum of 4 innings/game and a total of 7 innings in the last 7

A pitcher may be inserted once into
the game. Other players, including a pitcher playing another
position, may be inserted into the game as often as the manager
wishes.

umpire she leaves early, she will be called out.
-
If a ball is overthrown ( past the
backstop or wing lines ), a runner is awarded 1 base.
-
An inning will be over with 3 outs or
5 runs. The “five run rule” is in effect until the last inning of
a game. During the last inning, play will continue until completed
even if more than six runs score.
-
If a manager does not agree with an
umpire's call, he or she shall request time out and permission from
the umpire to come on the field to discuss a rule interpretation.
Only rule interpretation calls may be questioned, not judgment calls
by the umpire. Managers are requested to also speak with parents
about this rule and about good sportsmanship.
